Download and Access Questions
How do I download my digital products after purchase?

- Order confirmation page: Links are displayed immediately after checkout
Important: Save the email with download links. If you close the order confirmation page and don’t have an account, you won’t be able to access it again.
I can’t find my download links. What should I do?
Check these locations first:
- Your email inbox and spam/junk folders

- Check your “Promotions” or “Updates” tabs in email
If still not found:

- We’ll send you fresh download links within 24 hours

How long do download links work?

- Order confirmation page: Only accessible while the page remains open (if you’re not registered)
Recommendation: Save your email with download links as your permanent access method.
Can I download my digital products multiple times?
Each download link provides one complete download of all audio files. Since you receive the complete file in one download, there’s typically no need to download multiple times. If you need fresh links for any reason, contact our support team.

No, you can purchase as a guest. However, creating an account provides benefits:

I purchased without creating an account. Can I still access my files later?
Yes, through the email with download links. If you lose the email, contact support with your order number for fresh links.

I was charged twice for the same digital product. What should I do?

The ZIP file contains multiple MP3 files. Is this normal?

Can I burn the MP3 files to CD?
Yes, for your personal use only. You cannot distribute or sell burned CDs to others.
